CodeTwo Catman Free Tool Groups Sharing Microsoft Outlook
CodeTwo Catman is a free tool for groups sharing in Microsoft Outlook. The program is used to develop the same categories at multiple workstations with MS Outlook eliminating the need for such finger data for each machine. The program introduces the concept of public and private categories.

Public classes defined in the configuration file out is common to all network users. Private classes categories added in Outlook locally by the user and will only appear to the user. The user can edit the categories of public and private sector at will as the application contains the processor category. Setting write access rights to the file containing public categories, the administrator can define which users can change them. 32-bit and 64 bit available.
